utilitydocket

Terms of service

Plain version. Last updated November 7, 2026.

The service

utilitydocket, operated by Helios One Oy ("we"), gives you a list of public records about water and wastewater utilities near an office territory you choose, a weekly email, a web view and exports.

The records

  • Records come from public government sources and link to them. We check them against the source files, but a source can be wrong, late or incomplete, and so can we.
  • A record is information, not a finding. A PFAS result above 4.0 ppt is one sample and not a compliance determination; an enforcement order lists a penalty, not a payment; a project priority list row is not funding.
  • Nothing here is legal, engineering or regulatory advice. Check the source before you rely on a record.
  • Please don't present a record as more than it is when you contact a utility.

Trial and billing

  • The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. When it ends without a subscription, exports lock and your data stays readable.
  • A subscription is $399/mo per office territory, or $199/mo for founding firms while they stay subscribed. Billed monthly, no contract.
  • Cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity in your account.
  • Don't scrape the service, resell the data as a product, or try to get into other accounts.
  • You can invite colleagues at your firm.

Our promises and their limits

  • We'll run the service with care and fix reported errors.
  • The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We may change or end the service; if we end a paid service, we refund the unused part of the month.
